Return Policy

At Rustic Wood Accents, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our attention to detail in design, material, and construction is unyielding. And so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.


Returning Merchandise

Returns are permitted only within 15 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping and packaging fees, and the item must be returned in its original condition, or no refund will be granted. Please note that proof of purchase is required for a refund. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply.


Stocked Mantels

We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment. Should you discover a defect in your furniture, however, please contact us at 949.371.5017 immediately. Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be refunded in merchandise or store credit only.


Custom Orders

Custom orders are custom-made upon order and are not cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable. Customers will have 24 hours from placement of custom orders to cancel. After 24 hours, your order will processed, and your account will be charged and cannot be refunded.


Final Sale & Clearance Items

Clearance items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.

There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
